Minimum rental : 3 months
Prices per month :
a) 1150 Euros / month if rental is less than 6 complete months *
b) 1000 Euros / month if rental is greater than 6 months *
*Oil for heater, water , and electricity are NOT included in the price.
*Telephone is provided, but connection is to be established with France Telecom by the renter, and paid by renter.
Free view satelite T.V. is included.
Full inventory will be made at the start and end of rental period
